thanksgiving

my co-neighbor and i do this thing each morning of 5 things we are thankful for today.  so 5 things i am thankful for this year.
1 boyfriend and being able to spend our first thanksgiving with each other
2 family (both my crazy annoying family and boyfriends normal family)
3 second house and it can be worse
4 a home
5 life in itself

this thanksgiving boyfriend and i, made three turkeys.  turkey #1 was made at boyfriends place and barely fit into the oven.  turkey #2, was made at my place finished at 1130 at night along with gravey at 4am in the morning.  turkey #3 was made at my place and along with turkey #2 fit into the oven here perfectly.  i never thought the size of an oven would make a difference, but it sure does.

boyfriend was amazing.  he helpd make turkey linner for my family.  sadly i did not have any energy to take pictures of the feast, but without him it wouldn't have happened.  thank you so much boyfriend, you truely do not know how wonderful you are.

thanksgiving happened and i don't remember much, but yet i do.  we spent linner at my families.  then spent dinner at his families.  it was nice all around.  at my families i was able to actually nap nicely.  we headed after to  boyfriends and played some awesome games while enjoying some buttery pasties.

from there we spent time with each of our families.  tonight was honestly starting out crappy dye to an unexpected invitation from my mom and sister, but in the end it turned out nicely.  spending time just looking at families photos and seeing how really the family is so hip.

ending the night with a nice night cap of wine and watching devils wear parada.  how oddly the number of times i've seen that movie and how in a whole new perspective it makes so much sense. the few scenes that stood out more then normal were the scenes where andy breaks up with nick and then when andy and miranda are in a limo driving through paris talking about how much andy is like miranda, but andy refuses to accept it.

lot of differnet thoughts, but here's to beung thansful and happy for such a wonderful family to drive you crazy up the wall! love you.
